RICHARD KIRBY
Director
Richard Kirby is one of the principals of Folio Mortgage & Finance. He has over 30 years in the financial services industry and a wealth of knowledge.
Richard began Australian Loans & Mortgages a mortgage management business in 2010, to offer brokers with the vision to provide good lending options to brokers and their clients and services throughout the life of the loan. In 2017 Australian Loans & Mortgages acquired Firstfolio Wholesale (Folio Mortgage & Finance), one of Australia’s larger mortgage managers.
Richard enjoys watching his Sydney Swans play every weekend, attending concerts and travelling.
BRUCE PORTER
Director
A genuine and experienced, finance professional, with expansive experience in retail and wholesale debt, investment funds management, banking and valuation experience.
Bruce’s career spans 40 years of continuous an involvement in: retail banking, bank related mortgage valuations, corporate lending and investment, merchant banking, project finance, funds management and private equity.
He firmly believes in the need for a sensible alignment of interests, for all parties within any finance relationship.
As a principal in the Folio business, Bruce feels he has a built, and continues to build a family of content borrower clients and funders.
ROXANNE PIGGOTT
Operations & Compliance Manager
Roxanne Piggott is in charge of our Operations, Processing & Credit teams. Roxanne works closely with senior management and ensures that the day to day management of our teams runs smoothly. Roxanne assists our in-house IT team to regularly maintain our processing system and provide suggested upgrades to streamline our processes.
Roxanne has over 19 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry. Roxanne is a trained Paralegal and holds a cert IV in Financial Services.
On the weekends Roxanne enjoys spending time with her family, playing sport and holidaying at the snow or in Hawaii.
BEN KIRBY
Group General Manager
Ben Kirby is the Group Operations Manager at Folio Financial Services and assists the management of compliance, funder relations and commissions to ensure Folio provides brokers with a high standard of service. Ben has been a part of the finance industry for 5 years, providing experience in mortgage broking, commissions & compliance.
He currently holds a Diploma of Finance & Mortgage Broking and a Diploma of Frontline Management.
On the weekend Ben enjoys listening to music, cooking and watching football.
