We offer a wide range of financial products across several lenders including non-conforming, work with many introducers and also act as an intermediary between brokers and lenders to achieve the best outcome.

Surinder Agnihotri, Director and Chief Executive Officer
Surinder Agnihotri is Director and Chief Executive Officer with over 20 years of experience in residential and commercial finance, sales, and distribution. He has worked with some of Australia’s largest mortgage aggregation groups and has facilitated over $20 billion in loan settlements, spanning residential mortgages, commercial properties, and business loans. Surinder recently founded and served as Managing Director of Australian Business Credit (ABCredit), a company renowned for addressing funding gaps unmet by traditional banks and non-bank lenders. Under his leadership, ABCredit specialised in lending niches overlooked by other lenders due to market immaturity or regulatory changes affecting banks. Surinder has assisted Australian small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in various industries, earning multiple awards for excellence in product delivery and service. After divesting ABCredit, he established and now leads Folio Financial Services as its CEO. Surinder's extensive expertise and innovative approach continue to drive success and recognition in the finance industry.
Roxanne Piggott, General Manager Operations
Roxanne Piggott is General Manager Operations, bringing over 24 years of experience in the financial services industry. She holds a Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking and is dedicated to leading her team to success. Roxanne’s hands-on approach guarantees that her team is well-trained and equipped to handle any task effectively. Roxanne's customer-centric philosophy means that all operational strategies align with client needs, delivering the highest level of service and satisfaction. Her extensive experience and leadership skills make her an invaluable asset to the organisation.
Ben Kirby, General Manager Distribution
As General Manager Distribution, Ben Kirby is a seasoned mortgage broker with expertise in both residential and commercial lending. With over a decade of experience in the financial services industry, Ben has developed a significant understanding of lending practices. His extensive knowledge extends beyond lending; Ben has successfully facilitated the sale and purchase of more than 15 trailing commission loan books, valued at over $3 billion. This experience has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of the financial landscape. His vast experience and reliable approach means Kris is able to thoroughly understand clients' challenges and effectively produce or source tailored solutions. Beijing Uata, Loan Specialist
Beijing Uata, known as Bei, is a dedicated customer service specialist in the financial services sector. She brings valuable experience in providing tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of clients.
