Paul's First 6 Months Working with Folio Financial Services - Personal Experience

"Meeting the directors of Folio for the very first time, I had an overwhelming sense of inspiration. The team dynamic, the team vision and the opportunity to join something meaningful were clearly on show, and I am super-blessed to be a part of this.
We have been implementing new systems and processes, and this is thrilling to see progress, literally daily. In the 5-6 months since March this year, roles have been developing and new team members have come onboard to satisfy new requirements. I am constantly still learning from the gurus that I met that very first day! Merging existing platforms or updating them to new platforms, as well as designating workflows to absolutely smash the client experience with fast and accurate and compliant loan qualification and packaging and lodgements across multiple aggregation and lender platforms. From lodgement through post-settlement and beyond. All of this done with our amazing, local talented teams.
Meanwhile, what gets me out of bed each day is the knowing that when I call our mortgage management clients, I am doing something proactive that they have never experienced before. Some clients have had loans for years and are surprised and very grateful to be receiving contact from a broker who can actively listen to them, discuss their loans with them and take action. Talking with them about their repayment frequency or making extra repayments or refinancing to new products, or moving towards that next investment property. The direct result is more than just saving them dollars and years in interest repayments but in seeing them take more control of their financial journey.
