Nell has been a valued team member of the Folio Financial Services team for almost 14 years.

She commenced her career in Customer Service before progressing to discharges and subsequently taking on the responsibility for Arrears and Financial Hardship management. 

Nell's greatest passion lies in helping clients navigate life's unexpected challenges. She is committed to approaching every situation with empathy, understanding, and professionalism, with the goal of making difficult circumstances more manageable and providing meaningful support when it is needed most.
